Top 5 Tech Podcast You Should Be Listening To!

Tech, Podcast

As the Marketing Specialist at Focus GTS, I am always on the hunt for the latest news in the tech scene. The easiest and most effective way I have found to consume media is through podcasts

Now, I love listening to podcasts! I would say it has become my go-to medium of entertainment. Whether I am cleaning, going on a run, or commuting to and from work podcast is the way to go.

I listen on the go, everywhere I go.

In the blog, I want to share the top 5 tech podcast I tune into on a weekly basis! These podcasts are nothing less than informative, entertaining and AMAZING. Anyone I come in contact with in the tech space has heard me mention at least one of these.

1. Recode Decode

Recode Decode, one of my favorite podcasts of all time. Host Kara Swisher is a firecracker and well-respected tech journalist who has been in the game for a very long time. This interview styled podcast will have you on your toes as she interviews some of the top tech celebs. Each interview is full of fun, insights from both parties, and you’ll walk away feeling like you understand the world of tech.

2. TWiT

TWiT stands for This Week in Tech. If you are looking to stay up to date with current events in the world of tech this is the podcast for you! I do a bi-weekly check in to see what’s happening with the latest stories on Facebook or Google.

3. Accidentally Tech

A tech podcast we accidentally created while trying to do a car show.”  Created by 3 developers who enjoy talking about tech. Their conversations give you descriptive explanations on the latest product to market and very thorough inside jokes.

4. A16Z

Andreessen Horowitz, also known as  A16Z is a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley. The podcast shares great insights from entrepreneurs in the tech space who come from a startup world. It hits on hot topics like autonomous vehicles, fintech to open source, and so much more!

5. Analog(ue)

This podcast feels like a backstage pass to the conversations of host Myke Hurley and Casey Liss. They talk about the latest consumer fads and devices we use in our daily lives and the effects they have on us good or bad.

If you have never listened to podcasts these are a great place to start. I love this medium of communication because I feel like I am having coffee with each of the hosts and gaining insights on this fast-moving industry, known as tech!

Happy Listening,

Rita Feregrino
