? Develop and implement sound, objective secondary data analysis on marketing and field force
? Utilize consulting frameworks to structure and make recommendations on complex marketing and sales
? Mine large pharmaceutical databases to identify opportunities, trend breaks or emerging issues.
? Provide expertise on utilizing secondary data (prescriber/institutional level, payer, longitudinal, specialty
pharmacy, call activity, digital) for analysis and reporting.
? Determine key performance metrics and develop tracking reports on which to evaluate commercial
? Partner with other Business Analytics colleagues to provide holistic insights based on available secondary
and primary research.
? Proactively manage demand for Scaled Analytics services and ensure focus on high priority, high impact
? Bachelor's degree required.
? 5-7 years as a sales/marketing quantitative analyst or in marketing/strategy consulting in the
? Significant hands-on experience analyzing large pharmaceutical secondary datasets
(prescriber/institutional level, payer, patient / longitudinal, call activity) and developing analytical models.
? Experience in statistical modeling and analysis, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
? Advanced degree in quantitative field or quantitative MBA is preferred.
? Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: field force sizing, targeting, promotion
