  • Assist key stakeholder in developing strategies to drive enablement, empowerment, and adoption of Adobe’s suite of solutions including areas such as increasing customer. acquisition and engagement, amalgamation and enrichment of 1P, 2P, and 3P data, and Ominchannel personalization across the client’s channels such as own sites, paid media, physical branches, and mobile apps Develop, prioritize, and execute client’s Digital Roadmap based on MarTech strategy and priorities.
  • Create digital transformation strategies that address people, process, experience, data, and technology such as improving marketing operating procedures, enhancing MarTech capability usage, and identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and scale. Develop processes and prioritized use-cases centered around existing MarTech tools and technologies, including the Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, AEM)
  • Develop advanced use cases of the DMP that demonstrate new capability areas and business value of the platform.
  • Perform staff augmentation and own the day-to-day operations of the DMP for Global Wealth and Investment Management (GWIM) to allow project sponsor to concentrate on other business priorities
  • Author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for signals, traits, and segments and submit to client’s partner to be created in Audience Manager
  • Own, monitor, and manage assigned Jira tickets and campaigns across all phases, from conception to completion
  • Attend weekly meetings to provide actionable insights, strategies, updates, next steps, and answer questions about DMP campaigns for assigned LOB
  • Evangelize strategies, tactics, best practices, and use-cases centered around existing MarTech tools and technologies, including the Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, AEM) to drive adoption and engagement
