Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct delivery ceremonies, quarterly planning, scrum of scrums, and targeted demos for clear communication.
– Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain sprint flow.
– Drive effective change management through targeted communication to stakeholders.
– Assist in effort estimation, forecasting, capacity, and resource management.
– Support and mentor agile practices and principles.

Requirements:

– Experience as a Scrum Master working with product owners and engineers.
– Proven track record in Agile delivery models and mindsets.
– Delivering complex projects across multiple streams and regions with diverse stakeholders.
– Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver results.
– Previous experience in the relevant industry.
