Overview:

This Enterprise is seeking an experienced Pharma Consulting Expert with a deep understanding of Adobe Digital Experience (DX) and a proven track record of driving digital transformation programs in the pharmaceutical sector. This role will serve as the Lead Advisor for pharmaceutical regulatory strategies and best practices for a major enterprise consulting project for modeling, process design, and transformation of Adobe Digital Experience (DX).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and advise on digital transformation programs using Adobe DX technologies, including Marketo, Analytics, Target, Experience Manager, Experience Platform, and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Provide expert guidance on Pharma regulatory compliance, best practices, and industry-specific challenges.
• Evaluate the implications of compliance and design strategic solutions tailored to business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of regulatory guidelines and anticipate future legislative changes, ensuring clients are always prepared.
• Define and communicate strategies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
• Drive proactive business development opportunities through expert consulting, relationship-building, and thought leadership.
• Bridge the gap between strategy and execution by collaborating with delivery teams across areas such as operating models, governance, change management, process re-engineering, and technology deployment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
• Deliver specialized expertise in Pharma projects, offering insights into industry-specific processes and regulatory environments.
• Assess the potential consequences of regulatory and compliance issues and provide actionable recommendations.
• Articulate and communicate regulatory requirements clearly and effectively to internal teams and clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong focus on digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.
• Skills:
• Expertise in commercial marketing capabilities and Generative AI applications within the pharma space.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and the ability to anticipate future legislative changes.
• Experience leading Adobe DX enterprise projects, including some or all of the following: Marketo, Analytics, Target, Experience Manager, Experience Platform, and Real Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP).
• Ability to evaluate compliance implications and develop strategic solutions.
• Proven ability to define and communicate strategies effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience in driving business development opportunities and expanding client relationships.
• Cross-functional knowledge in areas such as brand strategy, patient services, market access, and sales.
• Expertise in modeling, process design, and transformation within the pharma industry.
• Proficient in conducting innovative workshops to engage teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and consulting abilities in bridging strategy with execution.
