We are seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client adoption and success for a next-generation Generative AI content platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, consulting, and client delivery. The ideal candidate is not deeply technical but has a strong understanding of product features, functionality, and implementation workflows, and can confidently guide customers from onboarding through value realization.

This is a client-facing role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working with emerging technology, and brings a consulting mindset to managing complex engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients adopting a Generative AI content platform

  • Lead client onboarding, implementation coordination, and ongoing engagement management

  • Develop a strong understanding of product features, capabilities, and best-practice use cases

  • Translate client business goals into clear implementation plans and adoption strategies

  • Partner with internal product, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful delivery

  • Proactively manage client expectations, timelines, risks, and outcomes

  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize value from the platform over time

  • Support multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality experience

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in an Engagement Manager, Client Partner, or Consulting role

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, digital products, or AI-enabled solutions

  • Ability to understand product functionality and implementation processes (without being hands-on technical)

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage or rapidly evolving product environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in management consulting or professional services (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, etc.)

  • Experience supporting enterprise clients or large-scale implementations

  • Exposure to Generative AI, content platforms, marketing technology, or digital experience tools

  • Experience working with brand, marketing, or creative teams

Additional Details

  • Product training will be provided; however, candidates with prior experience using or implementing the platform are highly preferred

  • There is an existing customer base actively using the product

  • Target start timeframe: mid to late January

  • This is a newly created role with significant opportunity to help shape engagement processes and best practices
