• Seeking a Project Manager capable of managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized enterprise projects.

• Projects can range in hours, anywhere from 15-40 hours per week.

Role Description

The Senior Project Manager leads client-facing initiatives that drive Adobe Experience Cloud solution implementations.
This strategic role involves collaboration with Adobe Global Services, Field Sales, customers, and partners, managing all aspects of project delivery from planning to completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing project scope, planning, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Partnering with Adobe Delivery teams to oversee technical implementation.

• Maintaining a positive customer experience, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.

What You’ll Do

• Work with clients and Adobe Field/Services Sales teams to define and document project scope, requirements, and integration points.

• Oversee project delivery, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and change requests.

• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through successful delivery of project scope.

• Coordinate and communicate escalations across Adobe (Field Sales, Services, Product teams).

• Manage administrative aspects of projects from inception through closure.

• Collaborate with third-party subcontractors, vendors, and technology partners as needed.

• Conduct post-mortems to document best practices, lessons learned, and feedback for the Adobe Consulting Practice.

• Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization across projects.

• Identify add-on sales and partnership opportunities within active projects.

What You Need to Succeed

• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing Project Management role, ideally in Digital Marketing Cloud or related fields.

• 5–8 years of experience in a software-based PM role strongly preferred.

• Prior consulting experience required.

• Proven ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to business challenges.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Highly organized, innovative thinker with strong reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience leading diverse teams and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders (CMO, CXO, VPs).

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile experience a plus).

• Skilled at managing ambiguity and diverse stakeholder expectations.

• Proven ability to build relationships and generate repeat business.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% if needed. Otherwise typically remote role.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Highly Desired

• Experience as a Consulting Manager in a large consulting organization or agency.

• Experience managing Agile development projects.

• Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Dynamics, and Workfront experience.

• Proven success managing offshore teams.

• Certified ScrumMaster and/or PMP Certification.
